Impact resistance test: Take the sprayed workpiece on the impact resistance test instrument, with a 1kg hammer at a high impact force of 500mm, and there should be no peeling.　　 

Pollution resistance test: Take a special oil-based pen, smear a piece of oil stain on the product coating, take a stopwatch to count for 10 seconds, and then wipe the test area with a clean cotton cloth.

Four characteristics of Teflon spraying: Hardness test: Choose a pencil of the corresponding model according to the customer's hardness requirements, take a piece of 1000 PTFE Fusing Belts sandpaper, rub the pen core and the sandpaper perpendicularly to the pen core to form a standard cross-section, and then make the pencil and the # product an angle of 45°, use about 1 Swipe forward with a kilogram of vertical force.

 There should be no obvious scratches after wiping. After repeating this action 5 times, wipe the test area with a rubber. After the alcohol is dry, the wiped part is qualified if there is no obvious color difference
